Custom Order

Once I have received your order form, I will send you a follow up email confirming your request and clarifying as necessary. If we agree to work together, I will send you a contract and payment method (I take PayPal but alternative forms of payment can be arranged). After receiving your 50% deposit fee, I will begin the design concept and will send it for your approval within one week. If approved, I will have the final design completed within three weeks of ordering. I will send a low resolution, watermarked copy for your final approval. You may have up to two revisions (not including minor fixes like text) without additional charge. After that, each revision will include a $25 dollar fee.

If you are ordering a print cover for Amazon KDP, I will require all finalized specifications according to the cover calculator. Please see Amazon KDP Calulator for all specifications. Your book needs to be completed and fully formatted in order to determine the proper print template for your cover.

For Ingram Spark prints, please see IngramSpark Cover Template. You will also need to provide your ISBN barcode.

Once full payment has been received, I will send you the full file package in high resolution via a dropbox link.

All prices are in USD and include taxes. A 50% deposit is required up front, with final payment due before completed files are sent. Any extras will be added to final bill. Please see FAQ for more information.
